Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order, we'll ship any order so long as you pay the postage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay and Zip Pay on our website.

How can I track my order?

Orders are sent with Australia Post. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

You can download the Australia Post App here and use it to track and manage your deliveries all in one place. The app is free to download

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $150.00 or a $11.00 shipping fee for purchases under that amount. It costs us a little more to post a box, so shoes will incur a shipping fee of $15.95 which is automatically added at Checkout. We also offer a FREE click and collect service. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order before checkout.

What is your return policy?

We will exchange or repair a product if it is faulty. We will not refund any product if you change your mind. If we are unable to replace or repair a faulty product, we will issue you with a refund.

We will exchange a product if you have purchased the incorrect size but will only be exchanged on the strict conditions that it is:

  • Within 14 days of purchase.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  • Must have all tags still attached.
  • Returned to us at your own expense.

If the size required is not available, we will issue you with a credit note that can be used for any product online or in the store.

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO SIZE EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

Are all your products in stock

Generally speaking, if you are able to put a product in your cart, it is in stock. We do update our stock levels manually on a regular basis. We also have a shop front where products are sold. The item that you wanted may have been purchased by a customer in our store before we have had time to update the stock level on the website. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day and advise you of the revised delivery time if a re-order is available. If we cannot re-order, we will immediately advise you and refund your money. ​

What if the colour or size I need is not in stock?

We restock many of our lines on a regular basis. Sometimes our supplier may be out of stock or it may be a line that has been discontinued or a fashion line that is no longer available.

Simply contact our friendly team. We are more than happy to order in whatever you need if it is available to us.

Do you have products available in store which are not listed online?

We are continually growing our online store, so if you're looking for a particular item please don't hesitate to call our store for customer assistance.

Large items which are difficult to post are not listed online and we also stock brands such as Quiksilver which do not allow us to sell their products online.

Do you sell large sizes for big men?

Yes, we do.

Some of these products will be listed online.

Many of our generic lines are available in big sizes. Whilst we don't stock all of these all of the time, generally they are readily available to us and can easily be ordered in.

Simply contact our team to let us know what you need and we can tell you what is available.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, we do!

You can choose to purchase a Gift Voucher which can be redeemed online.

Or a Gift Voucher which can be redeemed in store.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to purchase a Gift voucher for a value other than $25, $50 or $100 which are listed on our website.

Are you able to personalise our uniforms with screen printing or embroidery?

Yes, we can.
