Whether you’re shopping online from anywhere around Australia or visiting Stewart's Menswear in Mullumbimby, we’ve made it easy to find answers to your most common questions, all in one handy place.

From shipping details to payment methods, here’s what you need to know:


🎁 Can I send a gift to someone locally?

Absolutely, and this is one of our favourite things to do!

We often pack orders from grandparents, aunts, or friends living interstate, and have the gift ready for pickup in-store by a local family member. We’re happy to:

  • Gift wrap your order
  • Add a handwritten card or note
  • Let the recipient know it’s ready to collect

Just leave a message at checkout or contact us with the details,  we’re always happy to help.

 

✅ I want to send a gift. Can you send my purchase direct to someone else?

Yes, we do this all the time! It's an especially popular thing to do on Father's Day or leading up to Christmas.

 We’re happy to:

  • Gift wrap your purchase
  • Include a handwritten note
  • Send the gift direct to the recipient.

Remember to put your own details in the Billing Address and the lucky gift recipient's details in the Shipping Address, or contact us with the details.

 


📦 Who packs your online orders?

We do! Every online order is personally checked, packed, and posted by either Sue or Gerard, right here in our Mullumbimby store. No warehouses, no robots - just real people making sure your parcel gets the care it deserves.


💳 What payment options do you accept?

You can pay using:

  • Visa or Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay or ZipPay

Plus our checkout is fast and secure.


🚚 What’s the deal with shipping?

  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • $11 flat rate for smaller orders
  • $16 flat rate for shoes (due to parcel size)
  • FREE Click & Collect in-store

We use Australia Post and will send your tracking number via email as soon as it’s on the way.


🧾 Do you have gift vouchers?

We sure do!

At the moment, our gift vouchers are not available for purchase online as we’re making some exciting updates to our website.

In the meantime, you're welcome to purchase a gift voucher in-store or by contacting us directly, we're happy to help arrange one for you.


🧍 I’m unsure about sizing. Can I get help?

Yes! If you’re not sure about sizing, feel free to contact us. We can offer:

  • Honest advice based on years of experience
  • Size comparisons between brands
  • Exchanges if the fit isn’t right

Just make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.


❓Can I exchange or return items?

Yes,  just check our returns policy  In short:

  • If something’s the wrong size or not quite right, we’ll help you exchange it.
  • For clearance or sale items, we can offer a credit note, unless the item is faulty.
  • Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for change of mind.


🧥 Do you stock large sizes?

Yes, we stock a range of big men’s sizes, both online and in-store. And if we don’t have your size in stock, we’ll do our best to order it in for you.


🔎 What if something I want is out of stock?

We update online stock manually, but things can and do move quickly! If something sells out between your order and our daily update, we’ll let you know:

  • Estimated wait times
  • If the item can be reordered
  • Offer a refund if it can’t be restocked


🛍 Do you sell Australian-made products?

Yes! We’re proud to support Australian brands, including:

  • Humphrey Law socks
  • Mongrel boots (in-store)
  • Lafitte Socks
  • Ugg Australia (in-store)
  • Le Serge Belts

Just ask us what’s Aussie-made, we’re happy to highlight it for you.


👕 Do you personalise uniforms?

Yes! We offer both screen printing and embroidery for work uniforms and team gear. If you need custom branding, contact us for a quote and turnaround time.


📍 Do you have items in-store that aren’t online?

Yes, we’re always adding to our online range, but the full experience is still best in-store. Some brands (like Quiksilver) are only available in person. If you’re after something you can’t find online, please call and ask!


🗺️ Do you deliver outside Australia?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. But if you’re overseas and need help sending a gift to someone local, let us know - we’ll do our best to make it work.


🧵 Can I order something I saw in-store?

Absolutely! We have more stock in-store than we can list online, including brands like Quiksilver and seasonal items. If you saw something on our socials or remember it from a past visit, just get in touch and we’ll check if it’s still available.
